The Bernardo Greens subdivision contains both detached single-family homes and attached condominiums.

The single-family homes contain 2 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, and a two or three-car garage. Most of the homes are one-story properties, although there a few two-story homes. The size of homes range from 1,440 to 3,300 square feet. The homes were built from 1964 to 1978.

The 154 attached condominiums were built from 1984 to 1989. The condos have 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2.5 bathrooms, and a detached one-car garage. The condos are contained within many three-level buildings. Many of the condos are situated facing the golf course. The size of condos range from 860 to 1550 square feet. The condo complex has a pool and spa area.
