There are only 67 homes in the Bernardo Vistas subdivision, which includes both single-level and two-levels homes. All of the homes were built in the late 1980s and contain either four or five bedrooms. Homes have either a two or three-car garage. The exterior of homes are covered with stucco, mostly white and off-white color. The roofs have Spanish-style red barrel tile. All the homes have a small front yard with palm-trees lining many of the streets in the community. There are three models available in this community to include: Del Rey, Del Alcala, and Del Capistrano.
