The Camino Bernardo subdivision contains both single-family homes and The Falls condominiums.

The single-family homes were built from 1988 to 1989, contain three or four bedrooms, and two to three bathrooms. The size of homes range from 1454 to 2256 square feet.

The condominiums are located within the The Falls complex.
