The Eastview subdivision contains detached condominiums that were built from 1979 to 1990. The condos have either two, three or four bedrooms, and two to three bathrooms. The size of the condos range from 1700 to 2950 square feet. Residents are members of the Rancho Bernardo Swim and Tennis Club and the Eastview Club. Some of the condos have spectacular views of the the Rancho Bernardo Inn golf course.
