The Fairway Pointe subdivision contains eighty-two, custom, one-level and two-level, single-family homes within a gated community. Most of the homes have three or four bedrooms, although there is one home that has two bedrooms and another home that has five bedrooms. Homes have either a two or three-car garage. Many of the homes have either a mountain view or a golf course view. The homes were built between 1984 to 1991. The size of homes ranges from 2132 to 4707 square feet.
