The Fairway Vistas subdivision contains attached, two-level, condominiums that are housed within multiple four-plex buildings. The condominiums were built from 1984 to 1986. The exterior of condos are covered with stucco, mostly white and off-white colors. The roofs have Spanish-style red barrel tile.
