The Gatewood subdivision contains both one-level and two-level detached single-family homes that were built from 1967 to 1979. The homes in this community mostly have three or four bedrooms, however, there are some two and five bedroom properties. The homes have anywhere from two to four bathrooms. The size of homes range from 1460 to 4650 square feet. The homes are divided into two subdivisions: Gatewood Hills and Gatewood Heights.
