The Ladera Bernardo subdivision contains fifty-six, one-level and two-level homes. Homes have either three or four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The size of homes range from 1487 to 2002 square feet. The exterior of homes are covered with stucco, mostly white and off-white colors. The roofs have Spanish-style red barrel tile. Many of the homes have a mountain view. Most of the homes were built in 1985 or 1986.
