There are several communities within the Masters Hill subdivision. The Horizons (detached condominiums), The Vistas (detached townhomes), and the Summit (attached condominiums). The properties in this community have either two or three bedrooms, two or two and one-half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The size of units range from 1207 to 2020 square feet. The exterior of properties are covered with stucco, mostly salmon color. The roofs have Spanish-style red barrel tile. There are both single-level and two-level properties. Many of the condos and homes have a golf-course view.
