The Montelena subdivision contains one-level and two-level detached single-family homes that were built from 1979 to 1995. The homes have mostly three and four bedrooms, however, there are a few five bedroom properties. Most of the homes have two to three bathrooms. The size of homes range from 1814 to 4548 square feet. The exterior of homes are covered with either stucco, brick, rock, or in some cases, wood.
