Seven Oaks is one of the original subdivisions in Rancho Bernardo. Seven Oaks is a 55+ community.  There are both single-family homes and condominiums in this subdivision.  The single-family homes have either two or three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The condominiums have two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Most of the properties in this community have less than 1500 square feet and were built in the 1970s and 1980s. Most of the homes have a garage, while the condominiums have a carport. There is a monthly HOA/Condo fee, but no Mello-Roos fee. There is a community pool, spa, recreational areas and clubhouse.
