The Summers on the Green subdivision contains single-level and two-level, single-family homes that were built from 1987 to 1989. Homes have either three or four bedrooms, and two or two and one-half bathrooms. All the homes have either a two or three-car garage. The size of homes range from 1873 to 2723 square feet. The exterior of homes are covered with stucco, mostly white and off-white colors. The roofs have Spanish-style red barrel tile. Many of the homes have a grass lawn in the front yard. Some of the homes have a golf course view, while others have a mountain view.
