The Village subdivision contains 103 detached condominiums. The condos were built from 1988 to 1989 and sit within a gated community. The units have either three or four bedrooms; two to three bathrooms; and a two-car garage. There is a mix of both single-level and two-level condos. The size of condos range from 1619 to 2510 square feet. The exterior of the condos are covered with stucco, mostly salmon color. The roofs have Spanish-style red barrel tile. Some of the condos have a golf course view, while others have a mountain view.
