The Villas subdivision contains one-level and two-level single-family homes that were built from 1982 to 1986. The homes have either three or four bedrooms, and two or three bathrooms. The size of homes range from 1880 to 2764 square feet. Most of the homes have a two-car garage, although a few homes have a three-car garage. Many of the homes have a skylight in the main living area. Also, many of the homes have a mountain view. The exterior of homes are covered with stucco, mostly white and off-white colors. The roofs have Spanish-style red barrel tile. The community is lined with many Palm and Eucalypts trees.
