The View Pointe subdivision has only five, custom-built, single-family homes built from 1995 to 2001. Some of these homes have more 4000 square feet, sit on lots of about half acre, and have spectacular mountain and/or golf course views of the Bernardo Heights Country Club. The five homes sit within a gated community.
