The Vista de Bernardo subdivision contains eighty-one single-family homes that were built around 1984. These homes contain three or four bedrooms, two or two and one-half bathrooms, and a two or three-car garage. There are both one-level and two-level homes. The size of homes range from 1650 to 2196 square feet. The exterior of homes are covered with stucco, mostly off white color. The roofs have Spanish-style red barrel tile. Some of the homes on the hill have spectacular views.
