The Vista Del Lago subdivision contains both detached homes and attached condominiums within a gated community.

The detached homes are located within the Bernardo Ridge and Chaumiere complexes. These homes contain three or four bedrooms, and 2.5 to 3 bathrooms. The size of homes range from 1362 to 1961 square feet. The homes were built from 1996 to 2001.

The attached condominiums are contained within the the Mira Lago and Moranda complexes. These condos have either two or three bedrooms, and 2 or 2.5 bathrooms. The size of condos range from 1056 to 1606 square feet. These condos were built in the 1990s.
